This tapping meditation is great for beginning to address those limiting beliefs that you – like all of us – have. You can definitely use it to soothe fearful thoughts that arise from limiting beliefs, create feelings of stress, and stop you from being all that you can be.
However, this demonstration is best used as an example or guide showing you how to tap on what it is that is getting in your way. Using your own words of what that might be while tapping will provide you the greatest results. Remember to be as specific as you can to describe how you feel physically and, most importantly, emotionally.
